I’ve never really completely stopped studying ballet, except during ‘War and Peace’ when I was too busy. Ever since childhood, I’ve kept fit by dancing. It’s wonderful for the coordination of the brain and body and development of breath control. Every part of the body gets a real workout. After an hour of ballet practice, I feel tinglingly alive and filled with energy.
